This is a good proposal. I think you got your facts and details about the game down to really make someone understand the game that you are trying to create. However, if you were trying to get an investor to back you on this game, you did not give them how much it would cost to help start it up or what they should invest. I think if you included some figures on how much it would cost to create the board game and market it, it may help with an investor becoming interested.
